FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT YET KNOW PAJARITO GREENHOUSE,
 HERE'S A SNAPSHOT:

Perennial Flowers....we have lots. And we specialize in those which are known not just to survive...but to thrive in Los Alamos, White Rock and the alpine areas of the Jemez. That means most are dryland plants calling for very low to moderate water.
You'll find we are very big on being water-stingy in general. And urge you to be the same way.

Annuals...We do carry them in large quantity, but there's a trick up our sleeve. Our annuals are so well tended at our greenhouse, that the most common comment about them from customers is that our flowers don't seem to take a set-back from transplanting. They just start growing. Usually that means you will not have to sock so much water to them to get them established in your garden...or to keep them flourishing.
Tomatoes...we do do a variety of varieties!... from the 44-days to maturity type to the longer varieties. We don't sell 'em however until April 26. Then we have them in 6packs, 4.5' pots 5.5' and 1 gallon pots. Here's what we carry: Better Boy... Big Boy...Brandywine...Celebrity & Champion...Early Girl...LaRoma  (sauce type)....Large Red Cheery...Lemon Boy...Park's Whopper... Patio...Super Fantastic...Sweet 100...Yellow Pear.

Chiles ...Big Jim (big and juicy..most popular for rellenos), Espanola Improved (great XXXhigh-heat flavor), Agco Hot (Yep!), New Mexico #6 (mild..the chile that made New Mexico famous for chiles), Poblano (relleno-style), Sandia (XXXhot).

Peppers...try these!!: Better Belle and California Wonder (both green large juicy), Golden Bell, Gypsy, Purple Beauty, Red Beauty, Habanero (Yikes-hot!), Hungarian Yellow Wax, Jalapeno, Tam Jalepeno, Pimento Perfection, Serrano, Super Cayenne II, Sweet Red Cheery, Tabasco, Thai Dragon.

Herbs...a favorite category of ours: Basil (lemon &, sweet), Catmint, Catnip, Chamomile (Roman), Chives, Garlic Chives, Cilantro, Dill, Fernleaf Dill, Fennel, French Tarragon, Lavendars (Munstead, Hidcote), Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena, Majoram (sweet), Mints (Pepper-, Chocolate, Orange, Lemon, Pineapple), Oregano (Greek & Mexican), Parsley (curled & Italian), Rosemary (upright & creeping), Sage (garden and Pineapple),Sweeet Woodruff, Tansy, Thyme(creeping, English, lemon, Thyme 'Minus'..the itty-bitty one, Mother of-, silver thyme and wooly thyme.....there more!
We'll make this list more complete as we find time. Meanwhile, we can't leave you hanging, so here's more quickly: The good-for-you lettuces (Romaine, Arugula, Red Sails), broccoli, cabbages, cauliflowers, chard, cucumbers, egg plant (Ichiban & Satin Beauty), melons, onions, spinich, strawberries good for our altitude, watermelon....SEE YOU AT THE GREENHOUSE!
