*Special Orders are done at no cost to you for freight. We are really sort of like a catalog store, but without the shipping & handling charges!. The one exception occurs when we order for extra fast shipment. In that case, we still do not charge you the way others do. Instead, we charge only the difference between the regular delivery charge and the faster mode. This policy actually applies to any special orders placed in any department in our store, and not to the Gift Department alone.
